Potential Movement
Throughout the workshop the dancers will expand their availability to increase movement possibilities. They will take the risk of going out of their own comfort zone.
The class starts with a warm up of the body which allows the exploration of physically full dancing with the least amount of muscular tension.
The class has a strong floor technique with a big focus on the use of the weight and breathing. It will encourage the dancers to experiment quick changes of level and dynamics.
The creation of movement’s and exercises are strongly based in the rhythms of the live drums and digital music.
